What is a caretaker home?
A caretaker home can be used to host someone that is assisting you with the care of your loved ones. It could also be used as a home for your loved ones. Either way, our chalets will serve as a suitable residency on your property.

De belangrijkste regels op een rij:
- De mantelzorgwoning mag bewoond worden door maximaal één huishouden. Dit huishouden mag bestaan mag bestaan uit maximaal twee personen, van wie minstenst één persoon mantelzorg ontvangt óf verleent.
- Bij twijfels kan de gemeente vragen om een verklaring van een huisarts, wijkverpleegkundige of ander deskundig persoon of instantie.
- Als de mantelzorgrelatie eindigt mag het bouwwerk niet langer als woning gebruikt worden.
- Je mag alleen de begane vloer van de mantelzorgwoning gebruiken als leefruimte.
- Kies je voor een verplaatsbare mantelzorgwoning en woon je buiten de bebouwde kom van een dorp of stad? Dan zijn er geen extra randvoorwaarden voor de bebouwingsoppervlakte.
